The pumps I got when I first took it were crazy, and I mean from just sitting around. My arms never felt so big. And when I got to the weightroom, they could have exploded right there.
But I have not been able to get that same feeling back, which maybe due to my body becoming to acustomed sp? Still, I highly recommend it. I have heard mixed reviews across the board from people on this and other sites saying it was all hype, and if you read USPLab's ads, I would say their claims are pretty outlandish.
But with some of those reporting on it seeming "questionable", especially without any logs or diets put up, I decided to pick it up and try it for myself. This has been around my 3rd week on it, and so far, here are the effects.
Got back from the gym at 8PM and had an intense chest workout. Managed to hit x8 on the flat bench dumbbell press for my final set like nothing and then hit x6 on the smith incline press, which is probably more like Also managed to hit x6 on cable flyes. My strength is going up like crazy and I am up in weight to around Just worried about a pain I have coming back in my shoulder where I used to have tendonidis.
Just got back from the gym and had a pretty good leg workout. No PRs were really set though and I didn't have the "euphoria" feeling today, but that could of been since I didn't get much sleep last night and felt crappy today overall. Energy wasn't bad though. Woke up with a nice pump this morning. Wasn't able to drink my shake last night, so I took it in the middle of the night when I woke up. Current weight is around I estimate. Just downed a protein shake and a yogert.
I have had an incredible pump all day. Just had my 1AP and 2Prime this morning and about to have some oatmeal with this special kind of bread I brought. It's similar to Ezkiel bread, except its called "California" special I believe. When I'm leaving I'll probably have another protein shake as well.
I am not going to report on everything I eat, but I want to put up a general idea so when I do my 1 week review on PRIME, it gives my review more credibility. Didn't have the euphoria feeling I had last week, but I did have a lot of energy for working out so late 8: Also, I am up in weight to around I weighed myself in light clothes as always and apparently went up a pound, so the gains are consistent so far and I have been eating like a beast. My pump was pretty insane during my arm workout too.
Haven't had that in a while. I did switch some things up with triceps which explains that pump, but the pump in my biceps I think came from the help of the stack. Just finishing up some Turkey right now and will end tonight with a Cytogainer shake.
Probably took in somewhere around 3K plus calories today. Hoping to hit around by the end of next week or the week after that as I am around right now.

Was chest and quads. I've been up for over 32 hours and didn't sleep last night because of a paper I had due. I thought my workout was going to suck and I felt tired the entire day. I had a cup of Starbuck's coffee about 2 hours before hitting the gym to try and give me a buzz or regenerate my energy and it really upset my stomach. It got better near the middle of my chest workout though.
At first I was going to put off my quad workout, but halfway in, I was so pumped I decided to do it. Mostly because of this song I downloaded. The guitar in it is intense. Despite this though, I set some of my best PRs ever.
I was ready to go up to s instead of s, but the gym didn't have them, so I had to settle for s. They were so easy though, I kind of wished I would of tried for s which the gym had. Just a month ago I struggled with x Although I did weigh less at the time, but this PR just stunned me. Incline Barbell Press x10 x7 x6 x4 Didn't really set any PRs on this one, but the for 6 was pretty impressive.
My shoulder was starting to hurt though, where I used to have tendonidis, so that hindered me a little. Finished up chest with cable crossovers and underhanded cable crossovers. Nothinng new was set on these, but I went heavier than normal and got an amazing pump. No new PRs, but I went pretty deep and with pretty good form. Got a good pump. Front Squats x8 x6 x New PR x3 Decided to do these instead of traditional squats because it takes the pressure off the back.
I usually always do them with lighter weight after leg press or regular squats, but hit it with heavier weight. Went kind of deep and ended up hurting my knees a little, but nothing big.

I think I am still gaining, just not at the rate I was before. Great progress being made in here buddy. Nice work all round.
